These Terms apply when you use BarberBuilder.com, request a consultation, purchase a plan, or use our services. BarberBuilder.com provides website, online presence, and marketing support for barber shops across the United States.

Website use

This website provides information about BarberBuilder services. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully, and without attempting to disrupt, misuse, copy, or interfere with the website or its systems.

Consultations

A free consultation is a conversation to understand your shop and recommend possible services. It does not create a paid service agreement by itself and does not guarantee specific results.

Website plans, hosting, and add-ons

The following plans may be offered when you choose a website design. The exact plan, selected add-ons, price, and billing frequency are shown at checkout.

Presence: $99 per month

Presence includes one customized landing page, website hosting, booking-system integration, one social media post created and published each week, and one Google Business Profile update each week. The plan is month to month and renews automatically through Stripe until canceled.

New Website: $99 one-time

New Website includes a customized barber shop landing page based on your selected design and booking-system integration. Hosting is not included with this one-time purchase. You may add Annual Website Hosting for $99 per year.

Annual Website Hosting: $99 per year

Annual Website Hosting keeps an eligible BarberBuilder website live for one year. It does not include social media posts, Google Business Profile updates, redesigns, new features, or ongoing content work. Annual hosting renews automatically until canceled.

Local Search Boost: $99 one-time

We set up your shop on Google using the details you provide, helping customers find your shop, see your hours, and book an appointment. Google verification may be required and is outside BarberBuilder's control.

Booking Experience Upgrade: $99 one-time

We organize your current booking system so it looks professional, builds client confidence, and makes it easier for customers to pay and book. You must provide the access or assistance needed to make those updates. The available work is confirmed before we begin.

Active Shop: $199 per month

Active Shop includes everything in Presence, up to three social media posts each week, Google posts and photo updates, and one monthly promotion. The plan is month to month and renews automatically through Stripe until canceled.

Growth Support: $499 per month

Growth Support includes everything in Active Shop, campaign landing pages, offer and ad copy, reports, and strategy calls. The plan is month to month and renews automatically through Stripe until canceled.

Billing and renewals

Monthly and annual plans are processed through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You authorize BarberBuilder to charge the payment method on file at the stated monthly or annual interval. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel before the next billing cycle. A canceled Presence, Active Shop, or Growth Support plan remains active through the paid monthly period. After cancellation, you may choose Annual Website Hosting to keep the website live. If you do not have an active hosting plan, we may take the website offline after the paid period ends. Setup work, completed work, creative work, published content, and services already provided may not be refundable. If there is a billing issue, contact us and we will review it fairly.

What you provide

To deliver services, we may need shop details, services, prices, photos, logo files, booking links, access to relevant platforms, and timely feedback. Delays in providing information or access may delay the work.

Service results

We work to improve your online presence and marketing, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, ad results, sales, revenue, traffic, or bookings. Search engines, AI tools, social platforms, ad platforms, competitors, and customer behavior can all affect results.

Advertising spend

If you choose paid advertising, ad spend is separate from BarberBuilder service fees unless a written agreement says otherwise. Ad platforms may approve, reject, pause, or change ads according to their own rules.

Third-party tools

Some services may use third-party tools such as Stripe, Google, social platforms, booking platforms, analytics, hosting, and chat tools. Those platforms have their own terms, policies, availability, and pricing.

Content, access, and approvals

You are responsible for having the right to use any photos, logos, names, claims, offers, or materials you provide. You are also responsible for reviewing important business details such as prices, service descriptions, policies, offers, addresses, and booking links.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BarberBuilder.com is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, platform downtime, or business interruption.

Changes

We may update this website, our services, prices, and these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
